Flyt is Scandinavia's leading Odoo partner, with established businesses in Norway and Denmark. We help mid-sized companies run smarter, more profitable operations on Odoo — a fast-growing, cloud-based ERP platform.
Flyt Deutschland GmbH was established in Hamburg in 2026. We already deliver Odoo projects for German clients through our Nordic teams, and we are now building the local team that will carry that work forward. As one of the first consultants in Hamburg, you will have real influence over how Flyt Germany takes shape — supported from day one by experienced colleagues in Norway and Denmark.
We are hiring two to three consultants who enjoy understanding how a business really works — and helping the people in it see it too.
Your Role
- Take delivery responsibility for parts of a project, or whole projects
- Map and design client processes across logistics, sales, production and finance
- Run workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to land on the right solution
- Configure and test in Odoo, specify new functionality and follow up with our developers
- Train process owners and end users, and guide clients through go-live
- Work closely with the wider Flyt team in Norway and Denmark
- Help shape how Flyt works in Germany — methodology, client approach and the growing team
Your Starting Point
- We are open to three paths — you bring one of:
- A strong ERP background, technical or functional — Odoo, SAP, Dynamics or another platform
- Solid German accounting and controlling knowledge, with practical ERP experience
- 2+ years of management consulting or other consultancy, with a genuine appetite to build deep Odoo expertise
You Also Bring
- A master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- A consulting mindset — ready to act as lead consultant and communicate with confidence in front of clients
- The curiosity to learn a lot, fast — and an appetite for challenges
- Comfort with complex, end-to-end business processes, with an eye for detail
- Fluent German and English — experience with English as company language is a plus
- Willingness to travel and enjoy working together in person — based in or near Hamburg is a plus, not a requirement
